Package consists of eighty 12' logs. forty four 8' logs. One 24' ridge beam planed on two sides for 12/12 roof pitch. two 24' purlins planed on one side. Two 12' halved sill logs. One 8' loft support log and 16' loft floor joist. Paid $12,000 for logs and $3100 for engineered plans. Will sell all for $10,000 OBO. Buyer must haul.
