Request For Proposals - Poplar Harvest Services in Eugene
Notice is hereby given that the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC) will receive electronic Proposals from qualified firms for Poplar Harvest Services at the MWMC Biocycle Farm, 29689 Awbrey Lane, Eugene, Oregon 97402.
Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 2:00 p.m. (PDT) on Jan. 9, 2026. Late, faxed, or unsigned Proposals will not be accepted. Proposals shall be emailed to both the MWMC Contract Manager and MWMCproposals@springfield-or.gov.
A voluntary Pre-Proposal Informational Meeting and site tour will be held on Dec. 11, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Interested parties must pre-register with the MWMC Contract Manager.
RFP documents may be viewed during the solicitation period at the City of Springfield Development and Public Works Department, Environmental Services Division, 225 Fifth Street, Suite 101, Springfield, Oregon 97477, or online on the MWMC procurement webpage at bit.ly/MWMC-RFP
Proposals will be opened and recorded publicly on January 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Springfield City Hall, Environmental Services Division, and via virtual access for registered attendees.
The MWMC reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the solicitation, or reject any or all proposals in accordance with Oregon public contracting law.
The MWMC does not discriminate against any disadvantaged, minority-owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned, or emerging small business certified under ORS 200.055.
